DSi Outsells All Consoles Combined, 360's Climb Halted

Media Create Sales: 11/10 - 11/16 (Hardware)

Japan - Nintendo continued its recent success with the DSi again this week, selling more than 85,000 units for the third week in a row, more than doubling its only competitor, the PSP (38k).

The Wii had yet another week around the 25k mark while the PS3 stayed steady at 17k. The 360's recent gains in the market took a hit as it dropped nearly 30% from last week.

Notes:
1. DSi outsold all consoles combined.
2. PSP regressing slightly backwards.
3. PS3 still elevated.
4. 360 dropped 30% over the previous week.
5. Wii has sold between 23k and 30k units for 8 weeks straight.

Psp is a handheld, not a console. By consoles, they mean ps2, ps3, xbox 360, and the wii.
