UK - Empire: Total War Knocks Killzone 2 Off the Top

Creative Assembly’s new Empire: Total War, scoring 93 on Metacritic, has taken over the top spot this week on the UK Top 40 chart. Last week’s leader, Killzone 2, drops to number 2, and Halo Wars was pushed to number 5.

Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. debuted in the number 4 spot, right behind top-10 regular Wii Fit. Some notable drops are F.E.A.R. 2 – Project Origin from 20 to 31, and Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II from 18 to 35.

Mario Power Tennis makes its first appearance at number 23. Along with last week, there is a lot of diversity of publishers at the top of the charts during this part of the year, with 9 different publishers in the top 10.
